Harvest Happenings

This week at Harvest...

June 4, 2021

Hi Harvesters!

Family life- it's the best! The ups and downs, the nuances. The successes and failures. Doing *life* together really makes it better.

This week I have some Harvest family details to share:

Thank you to everyone who has written cards or called Sherrill Box with your love and support. In wrapping up details, she is collecting newspapers with Deryl's obituary, to send to loved ones out of state. If you have newspapers from 5/30, 6/3, or 6/5, could you bring it in to the church for her? We will be collecting them on the usher's table for now.

On May 31, 2021, Lee and Carrie Gilliland and their great kiddos, welcomed baby James Alton Lee Gilliland Jr to the world! He is an adorable little guy and a marvelous addition to their family! Congratulations Lee and Carrie!!

On June 3, 2021, the Woody family grew by two! Adoption Day for Kaylynn and Chief Woody was sweet, with all their older brothers and sisters there to celebrate the day with them. It's likely you've met these nice kids at church already, it's just official now <3 Congratulations Nathan and Miriam!!

And, generally I wouldn't announce grandbabies, but since I'm writing the email, please indulge me! Nathan and I's first grandson, Jackson Taylor was born May 25, and parents, Abby and Taylor Soucie are doing a great job. We adore this little person so much and get to go see him (and them) for ten days, starting tomorrow. If you think of it, pray for my parents who are watching our boys...haha. (They'll have a blast!)

Our first week of Basecamp was a big success! Jump in anytime if you'd like to be a part.

Additionally, we will be taking the summer off from the Wednesday noon prayer meeting, but be sure to keep praying as you're running errands, doing chores, going to work, traveling our beautiful state, or any other activities this summer. We will start back up again in the fall.
